Shipping & returns

Delivery

Immediately available products, will be sent within 1-4 business days (Monday-Friday) during sales and actions, the time of sending can be extended.

Before orders and products that are yet to be made, or order like custom-made orders, we send them as soon as they arrive from production in our studio.

The full price will be charged as soon as the order is received, regardless of the later delivery time.

DELIVERY DEADLINE

Orders are sent thruoughout Croatian Post Office, the expected delivery time is:

Croatia - 2-7 business days, delivery to the islands can be longer, during sales and actions, delivery period is extended by 7 working days.

Europe - up to 21 working days

USA and the rest of the world - 2-6 weeks

KVAZIMODA is not responsible for delivery delays, caused by weather, international customs retention of the consignment or any other circumstances that could not be affected.

DELIVERY PRICE

The price of delivery is not included in the price of the product and is specifically charged, for the territory of the Republic of Croatia the price of delivery is 20,00 kn, for orders from countries in Europe delivery is charged 100,00 kn or 14 €, respectively, and for all countries outside Europe postage is 150 kn or 21 €. Shipping for the Territory of the Republic of Croatia for orders over 1.000,00 kn is free of charge.

The buyer is obliged when picking arrives to inspect the shipment, visible damage to report directly to the courier, and refuse to receive the damaged shipment. By signing the delivery note and receiving the invoice, the registered user confirms that he has inspected the product and that there are no complaints to damage of the transport packages.

If the customer refuses to receive the package because of visible damage to the transport packages, he is obliged to complete the relevant delivery-courier service form in connection with damaged shipments, and by e-mail immediately, and at the latest within 8 (eight) days to inform KVAZIMODu whether he wants a repeat delivery or refund. Upon receipt of the advertised consignment and the corresponding form KVAZIMODA undertakes, within the time limits prescribed for delivery to make repeated delivery in the case of a product in stock at KVAZIMODE or at the request of the registered user to make a refund.

Return of goods and funds

You can terminate the contract unilaterally within 14 days. In order to exercise the right to unilateral termination of this Agreement, you must inform us, in an unambiguous statement sent electronically before the expiry of the deadline, on the info@kvazimoda.hr or through the unilateral termination form.

Your first and last name, address, telephone number must be provided. Confirmation of receipt of the notice of unilateral termination of the contract will be send to you without delay, by electronic media.

The cost of the return of the goods will be on the buyer.
The seller is obliged to return the money to the customer at the latest within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
The goods should be returned in their original condition, must not be worn or used and should be returned with all original labels and invoices.
The protective label should remain on the product.

Types of returns
You can exchange goods for another size or other product if the requested replacement item is available.
You can request a refund and in this case, the refund will be forwarded within 14 days, after KVAZIMODA checks and accepts the returned goods, which must be in their original condition.

Complaints
If the Buyer has objections to the purchased products, according to Article 10 of the Consumer Protection Act he has the right to make a written complaint to the seller by electronic media on e-mail info@kvazimoda.hr or to the address: KVAZIMODA, fashion design , Ivana Srzić Budić, Radićeva 20, 10000 Zagreb.
In doing so, please enter your first and last name, address, contact and description of the complaint. We will respond to your complaint in writing within 15 days of receiving it.

Liability for material deficiencies
In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, consumer-seller relations in case of material defect on the product apply, the provisions of the Law on Mandatory Relations (OG 35/05,41/08, 125/11, 75/15) apply on liability for material defects.
The buyer is obliged to inform the seller of the existence of visible defects, without delay and no later than two months from the date on which the defect was discovered. As a salesman, we are not responsible for the material lack of sold stuff that is shown after two years of selling things.
Any disputes will be resolved by Seller and Buyer by arrangement and amicable way, otherwise the court has jurisdiction in the place of the seller's seat.
Separate european union regulation, from 15.2.2.2016 across the entire EU, disputes related to online shopping will be resolved through the ODR platform.
This means that if you encounter a problem while shopping online within the EU (defective product, inability to replace, etc.), you can submit your complaint quickly and easily through that platform.
The platform can also be used by consumers and traders, and the complaint can be lodged in any of the 23 official EU languages.
